Chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie
Go-to smoothie when I am hungry but it is too early for lunch

🥤The ingredients
  • Oat milk: 1/2 cup (120ml)
  • Banana: 1
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp or 14g
  • Peanut butter: 2 tbsp or 40g
  • Dates: 3
  • Lots of ice
  • If I have leftover cold brew, I toss some in there along with some more peanut butter or banana (to adjust the consistency + taste). This way, I don’t have two beverages to start my day.
