Go-to smoothie when I am hungry but it is too early for lunch
Oat milk: 1/2 cup (120ml)Banana: 1Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp or 14gPeanut butter: 2 tbsp or 40gDates: 3Lots of ice
If I have leftover cold brew, I toss some in there along with some more peanut butter or banana (to adjust the consistency + taste). This way, I don’t have two beverages to start my day.
