Ginger shots
Quick little recipe because I don’t mind some extra immunity.

🥃 Ingredients
  • Apple: 1
  • Ginger: 3 inches
  • Lemon: 1-2
  • Turmeric: A tiny amount (optional)
  • A clean cloth or kitchen towel
  • 💡
    If you have a juicer, you can just throw all the ingredients in and it can take care of everything for you. I don’t, so I use the blender + kitchen towel combo.
    🗒️ How
  • Cut the apple and ginger into tiny pieces to help your blender along
  • Add the lemon juice
  • Add the turmeric
  • Add some water to help your blender going if it keeps getting stuck because the mixture is too dry
  • Once you’ve blended everything together, pour it into your clean cloth and extract the juice
  • 💡
    This makes about 6-7 strong shots which I normally consume within a week. If you feel they’re too strong, you can dilute them with water.
