Quick little recipe because I don’t mind some extra immunity.
🥃 Ingredients
Apple: 1
Ginger: 3 inches
Lemon: 1-2
Turmeric: A tiny amount (optional)
A clean cloth or kitchen towel

If you have a juicer, you can just throw all the ingredients in and it can take care of everything for you. I don’t, so I use the blender + kitchen towel combo.
🗒️ How
Cut the apple and ginger into tiny pieces to help your blender along
Add the lemon juice
Add the turmeric
Add some water to help your blender going if it keeps getting stuck because the mixture is too dry
Once you’ve blended everything together, pour it into your clean cloth and extract the juice

This makes about 6-7 strong shots which I normally consume within a week. If you feel they’re too strong, you can dilute them with water.
