🌶️ Buffalo sauce

📝 Ingredients

  • Hot sauce: 100g

  • Butter: 50g

  • Yoghurt: 25g

  • Fresh ground black pepper

  • Lemon zest

  • Salt

⚒️ How

  • Add the butter to a pan

  • Once the butter starts melting, add the hot sauce

  • Stir continuously to form an emulsified sauce

  • Let the (now) sauce cool down for a few minutes

  • Add the yoghurt and stir again to combine

  • Finish with the black pepper, lemon zest and salt

  • Stir once again for good measure
