📝 Ingredients
Hot sauce: 100g
Butter: 50g
Yoghurt: 25g
Fresh ground black pepper
Lemon zest
Salt

Add the butter to a pan
Once the butter starts melting, add the hot sauce
Stir continuously to form an emulsified sauce
Let the (now) sauce cool down for a few minutes
Add the yoghurt and stir again to combine
Finish with the black pepper, lemon zest and salt
Stir once again for good measure
