📝 Ingredients
- Hot sauce: 100g 
- Butter: 50g 
- Yoghurt: 25g 
- Fresh ground black pepper 
- Lemon zest 
- Salt 
⚒️ How
- Add the butter to a pan 
- Once the butter starts melting, add the hot sauce 
- Stir continuously to form an emulsified sauce 
- Let the (now) sauce cool down for a few minutes 
- Add the yoghurt and stir again to combine 
- Finish with the black pepper, lemon zest and salt 
- Stir once again for good measure
