Oat milk: 1/2 cup (120ml)
Banana: 1
Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp or 14g
Peanut butter: 2 tbsp or 40g
Dates: 3
Lots of ice
If I have leftover cold brew, I toss some in there along with some more peanut butter or banana (to adjust the consistency + taste). This way, I don’t have two beverages to start my day.
