🛒 The ingredients

  • 400g of boneless, skinless chicken chunks

  • 20g ginger garlic paste

  • 30g lemon juice

  • 10g green chili

  • 2.5g Kashmiri chili powder

  • 2.5g turmeric powder

  • 10g salt

  • 15g oil

🧑‍🍳 The how

  • Add the marinade to your chicken and set aside for at least 4 hours. Once marinated, remove it from the fridge.

  • Set your oven to the highest temperate (probably 250-275 C) on the Grill/Broil setting. This is the top-most element inside your oven.

  • If you're using Bamboo skewers, soak them in water now.

  • Wait for 15 minutes.

  • Add your chicken to the skewers and place it one level below the section closest to your broiler.

  • Cook for 10-12 minutes if using chicken breasts or 12-15 minutes if using chicken thighs.

    • This varies based on how big the chunks are and how hot your oven gets. Always a good idea to do a temp check once out.

  • Finish with fresh lemon on the side.
